Name: Brandy Daisy
Ingredients: 2 oz brandy; 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice; 1/2 oz orange liqueur; 1/4 oz raspberry or grenadine syrup; 1 oz club soda

Daisies are a flexible family: swap the brandy for another spirit and keep the same structure.

Glass: Goblet
Garnish: Orange slice and berry

Method

Shake brandy, lemon juice, orange liqueur and syrup with ice.
Strain over crushed ice in a goblet or rocks glass.
Top with a splash of club soda.
